In ‘Jumpers’ maakt de kijker kennis met Mabel: een dierenliefhebber die de kans grijpt om een nieuwe technologie te gebruiken waarmee ze haar bewustzijn kan ‘hoppen’ naar een levensechte, robotische bever. Zo kan ze rechtstreeks communiceren met dieren. Dankzij deze technologie ontdekt Mabel mysteries in de dierenwereld die haar verbeelding te boven gaan.
